LKP : configure error output “ERROR”

Hi,

In a mapping I have two look up’s before setting the configure error output “ERROR” as ignore failure, the job was stopped with an error message “Row yield no match”.

Now that I had changed the error as ignore failure the job is successful but only concern here is will the destination table get inserted with those records which are not matched in look up.

If you don't want those 'no-match' rows going into the destination; then use 'redirect' and leave the red flag unconnected if you want just to ignore them or connect it to a flat file or other destination if you want to inspect those rows after the processes finish|||

i just wanted to ignore those records which do not match the join condition. load only those records which meet the condition given in each look up.

so i need to make the ERROR column from configure error output as ignore.

and do i need to set up the ignore for each source column .

|||As Rafael said, if you want to discard rows that don't find a match in the lookup, set the error handling to "Redirect Row". This will send the rows to the error output (the red one). You can discard them by simply not connecting the red output to any other pipeline components.

LiveStats.XSP

We were running LiveStats.XSP 7.50 on our server and due to a server failure had to re-install.
However, after entering the license key and completing the install, the software still reports as being unlicensed.
What is the procedure to rectify this?

That would be entirely up to LiveStats and how they handle their licensing.

I suspect that they tuck some license key into the database (or maybe Master/msdb?), but you really need to contact them.

|||the server name and port in DEEPMETRIX\analyzer\settings.xml needs to be working for livestats! you need to configure iis to accept connections on that host header and port or change the settings in the file.

there will be no connection from the internet, but there is a licensing app that opens a connection to the licensing server of deepmetrix and to the local instance of livestats. this service uses the above setting to post the license to the local instance.
