Lite speed 2005 on 64 bit OS

We have 64 bit OS / 32 bit SQL-Server on a Windows 2003 server. Lite speed
2005 doesn't seems to work on it. Is this setting supported by Lite speed
2005 ?. I know it is NOT a good idea to have 32 bit SQL Server 2000 on 64 bit
OS but we had to do this because we did not get the Processor SQL Server 64
bit addition requires.
Any thoughts ? Thanks.Are you getting any errors?
