I'm at a loss...I have v8 and the DM analyzer keeps stopping about 15-20 seconds after I start the service. I've emailed support@.deepmetrix.com twice and not gotten any response. v8 was running fine until last Tuesday. No data has been imported ever since.
Who at MS supports this product? I have seen several posts that point to this board with other support issues.
Can anyone help me?

Not sure why it would point to a SQL Server forum for support other than one other person posting questions on in in the SQL Server forums. I think things have change quite a bit since Microsoft purchased it....did you try the contact infomation links on DeepMetrix web site: http://www.deepmetrix.com/about_us/our_contact_info/
The web analytics tool was in beta as Project Gatineau and was going to release this year as Microsoft Analytics. That's all I remember about it.
