If you want to know the users in a _SQL group_, you could use
sp_helpgroup

You have to execute the below command from command prompt:-
master..xp_cmdshell 'NET GROUP groupname /DOMAIN'
if it is a local group use the below command
master..xp_cmdshell 'NET LOCALGROUP administrators'
